    10 tips to add more joy to your day.

    If you are a mom and you are struggling while juggling among the house chores, raising your kids, and doing other side hustles, you would probably be thinking about how you can add joy to your days in your busy and hectic schedules?

    So you must know that it’s not an easy task to bring joy and maintain it throughout the day or in a major chunk of the day. You must realize that you have to put some input into your wellbeing as well so that your kids can learn how to live healthily.

    Following are the 10 tips to add more joy to your day. It can help you feel more refreshed and rejuvenated throughout the day:

    1. Pray and meditate:

    Give yourself enough time to pray and meditate. It will prove to be a time where you will slow down and try to be still. This stillness will make you aware of your being. It will allow you to reconnect with yourself, praying and meditating help you to distress yourself from all the overstimulation and make you feel joy.

    2. Take a nap:

    Set certain 1-2 time intervals for your quick nap times. It will make you feel rested. It will not make you feel exhausted. You can continue to complete your home chores and other things more efficiently.

    3. Connect with people you love:

    Call, message or connect with people you love.  It will make you feel joyful. It is always better to chat and spend time with your close friends and loved ones.

    4. Read a good book:

    Reading makes you feel good. It can make your mind open and flourish your perspective. The reading time can also prove to be the “me time”. It is a kind of investment you make for yourself. It brings you joy.

    5. Spend time for creativity:

    A creative outlet is quite necessary. The time you invested in creativity will go a long way for your well-being. Creativity brings joy to a person. If you are creative and you are not getting enough time to make it flow out of the system. Then you can feel exhausted to the core. Hence you need to give time to it.

    6. Declutter your space:

    Declutter your space. It makes you feel organized. It makes your mind space clear as well.  Decluttering spaces allows you to feel light. It will make you refreshed.

    7. Sunshine benefits you:

    Spend time in the sunshine as well. Vitamin D benefits you and your body. It makes you feel refreshed and joyous.

     8. Make efforts for good deeds:

    Try your best to put effort into doing good deeds. Good deeds make you feel good about yourself as a person. This contribution of making good deeds goes a long way.

    9. Feel Gratitude:

    Make your habit of thanking others for their efforts and support. The feeling of gratitude provides a good vibe for you. People feel good about themselves around you. In turn, it makes you feel good and joy in yourself.

    10. Work towards a goal:

    Make efforts to give time to your inspirations and goal. It makes you feel joy and driven towards the accomplishment of your dream and goal.

    Thus, these are the 10 tips one can adopt as a busy mom to stay productive and joyous.
